Fabrication is an industrial term linked to the process of production or construction. Fabrication includes cutting, bending, and assembling steel to create several products. According to the predefined sizes and shapes, the fabricated pieces of steel will be assembled into buildings, industrial equipment and tools, and other products. Usually, fabrication involves the process of creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials and it will be executed according to the engineering drawings given. The other method is transporting the sub-assembled components to the construction site for fabrication on site. Fabrication specialities include casting, powder coating, powder metallurgy, welding and machining.
